Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $4.99 USD. Orders of $50 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping for eligible destinations. The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
These rates apply to shipping destinations throughout the United States. The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery is estimated to take 5–8 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or address issues.
Order tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it is provided through your shipping confirmation and order status page. You can also contact us with your order number if you need help.
Shipping addresses
Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, email us promptly. We will review whether a change is possible; an order that has already shipped may not be changeable.
Delayed, damaged, or missing deliveries
If a shipment appears delayed or an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us with your order number and relevant details. Keep the packaging and, where helpful, provide photographs so we can review the issue and discuss the appropriate next steps.
